Our CNC Plasma Cutter Machine Range
Our POWERCUT range of high-end, very affordable, industrial-grade CNC plasma cutters offers you industrial-strength plasma cutter performance and reliability at an affordable price.
POWERCUT 10×5 (Base Model)
The POWERCUT 10 x 5 in the CR PLASMA range is the most popular and most widely used platform we offer. The POWERCUT 10 x 5 has 3300mm x 1530mm of working torch travel allowing full 3000 x 1500mm sized sheets to be fully profiled on the machine.
High Definition POWERCUT 10×5
High definition steel cutting and water mist stainless steel cutting on the one machine.
4000×2000 Portal Plasma Cutter
The CR PLASMA 4000 x 2000mm CNC plasma system runs on steel islands that are bolted to the floor of the location where the machine is installed.
6000×2000 Portal Plasma Cutter
The 6000 x 2000mm portal plasma machine is used to allow loading of two full sheets 3000mm long at once.
POWERCUT Ducting Plate Rider
When cutting thin sheet materials like galvo for ducting. while you can cut with height control enabled, it’s better to run with an air-driven plate rider system.
Knowledge/Definitions
Here are a few terms & their definitions which might help you with your selection of a suitable CNC plasma cutting machine.
-
A CNC plasma cutter is a highly specialised piece of equipment used for cutting metal. A CNC plasma is a system that cuts electrically conductive materailss. A computer numerically controlled (CNC) system controls the path and trajectory of a jet of plasma that cuts the material. Typically steel, aluminium and stainless.
CNC plasma cutters are a well proven stable cutting technology and tend to work best between thicknesses of 3mm to 30mm steel for example

CNC plasma cutting is an efficient way of cutting metal with high precision. A computer controls the plasma cutting heads location, intensity and activation to cut the steel / aluminium / stainless materials. It's also safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional methods, which can lead to skilled workers being injured or even killed on the job due in part from unpredictable circumstances like sparks flying off pieces as they go through cuts at different angles making this process less effective for anything but very thin materials
Consequently there are many benefits associated with using these machines including increased productivity since we're not stopping every few seconds just because someone needs their input now; reduced safety risks because everything happens with the operator not directly interacting with the cutting process

Plasma cutting machines are a great way to cut through materials like steel stainless and aluminium with ease. They can also be built to berelatively portable pending the size), which means you can take them anywhere!
Plasma cutting machines are an excellent way to create custom shapes and parts in steel, stainless and aluminium for your products. When CNC plasma cutting is compared with manual cutting, the part cycle time savings in terms of man power needed to execute a part are eye watering.
