The ESAB CNC plasma with existing ESAB controller and Hypertherm HPR270 source had given up after many long years of service. The machine has now been fully refurbished with a Thermal Dynamics Ultracut XT and the CR PLASMA retrofit solution. All new servos cables, sensors and Z axis.
